A Risotto Spoon is a special type of spoon with a hole in the center for cooking Risotto (a special type of rice dish from northern Italy). Risotto requires constant stirring without breaking the rice as it is stirred.
Like all of our items, this spoon is handcarved and features our signature chiseled handle.
For care: handwash only, dry immediately and re-apply Spoon Butta every 3 uses.
