Why use a shampoo bar?

It's SLS Free (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate).

Shampoo bars offer a low carbon footprint. These solid bars are more lightweight and compact than their bottled counterparts, so they require less space during transport relative to the same amount of washes with liquid shampoo.
They last a lot longer in some cases up to 50-75 washes for short hair.

How often should I wash my hair with a shampoo bar?

If you are ready to start using a shampoo bar for the first time, I suggest you apply this after your shampoo every 2/3 days until your hair has properly transitioned and got used to the ingredients of your new shampoo.
give it time then use as you would a normal liquid shampoo.

Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil	Hemp oil is a great weapon against hair loss, thinning hair, and hair regrowth. These fatty acids are needed for new hair growth. Hemp seed oil can also improve blood circulation in the scalp, thereby stimulating new hair growth.
Olive Oil	Olive oil is the fruit of a tree called Olea europaea, and fat called oleic acid makes up much of olive oil's composition. Oleic acid has antioxidant qualities, which might help slow the effects of hair loss
Flaxseed Oil	Vitamin E in flaxseed oil helps to treat hair loss and stimulate new hair growth. Lignans act as strong antioxidants that can help in the regrowth of healthier and stronger hair And nourish the scalp from within, providing relief from dandruff.
Aloe Vera Gel	Aloe vera contains something called proteolytic enzymes that repairs dead skin cells on the scalp. It also acts as a great conditioner and leaves your hair all smooth and shiny. It promotes hair growth, prevents itching on the scalp, reduces dandruff, and conditions your hair.
Vitamin E Oil	When applied topically to your hair, there are several purported benefits of using vitamin E oil: It can stimulate capillary growth in your scalp, in turn, supports hair growth; it prevents breakage and pesky split ends; its antioxidants even boost hair's elasticity and shine.
