Our Wild Cherry grilling plank infuses your meats, poultry, fruits (especially peaches) and vegetables with a sweet fruity smoke flavor. Our Grade B Planks are 5x11"x 3/8" thick. Grade B planks may show imperfections, warpage, roughness, or splits/knots/cracks and yet still impart the same great taste! To use soak in water for 15-20 minutes.
